From the Sasaichi Brewing Company in the Yamanashi prefecture, Dan Junmai Ginjo is made with Yamadanishiki rice, and water sourced from the snowmelt of the Japanese icon, Mt. Fuji. Notes of pear, green plum, peach, nectarine combine with a minerality and a wine-like mouthfeel to make this a great sake for food. Pair with white fish, shellfish, light chicken dishes, salads, and of course, sushi.
