Katafune Ginjo Genshu Sake "13" (500ml)

SWEET & LUSCIOUS

Masaori Takeda’s, the 9th generation owner and Toji (master brewer) of Takeda Sake Brewery in Niigata prefecture created this unique sake styled after Auslese Riesling from Germany. He fell in love with the style and decided to mimic it. Using a blend of Koshikagura and Koshiibuki rice he created a rich, sweet sake with notes of baking spice, honey, and melon. Pair with crème brûlée, pecan pie, or simply serve as an aperitif.

Recommended Serving Temperature: 40°-50°F
