Harvest: Sept. 22, 2022 40% malolactic fermentation 12 months in neutral, french oak barrels

Golden and tropical with ginger, honeycomb and jasmine. Note of guava. Broad and generous with marked energy and freshness. A structural white, with a coating of gentle tannins. Saline and savory. Expands quickly to fill out the mid-palate. Orange marmalade and lemon grass. Touch of butterscotch toffee, but pushes with more vivid qualities; lemon bar and lime zest.
