A sake seemingly created for Texans, Mana 1751 True Vision is a product of the Manatsuru Brewing Company in the Fukui prefecture. The brewery was  established in 1751 but  shot to stratospheric fame when Keisuke Izumi took over in 1998 and began winning numerous gold medals. This aromatic and expressive sake is made from Gohyakumangoku rice and has notes of mushroom, honey, banana, and steamed rice, and pairs GREAT with the Texan favorite, Smoked Brisket and Spicy Shrimp. 

Recommended Serving Temperature:

40-60°F or 70°F
