From the granite hills of northeastern Sardinia, Saraja’s Inkibi is a fresh, expressive take on Cannonau that leans into the grape’s brighter, more lifted side. Sourced from estate vineyards shaped by coastal winds and warm Mediterranean sun, the 2024 shows vibrant notes of wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, and red cherry, layered with hints of dried herbs and a touch of spice.

The palate is light-bodied and energetic, with fine tannins and a subtle mineral edge that keeps everything in check.

Saraja farms thoughtfully, working without herbicides or insecticides and focusing on balance in both vineyard and cellar.
